At La Tonsy, we want your order to reach you safely and smoothly. Our products are shipped through trusted international fulfillment partners and may be dispatched from warehouses in China, the United States, or other available fulfillment locations, depending on the product and destination.

1. Where We Ship

La Tonsy ships to customers in many countries worldwide.

Shipping availability, delivery times, and shipping costs may vary depending on:

• Your delivery country

• The product you purchase

• The warehouse the product is fulfilled from

• The shipping method available for your order

Some products or destinations may have shipping restrictions.

2. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–7 business days.

During major sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when it becomes available.

Unexpected circumstances such as customs delays, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, carrier delays, or other events outside our control may extend delivery times.

4. Shipping Guarantee

La Tonsy works with fulfillment partners that provide shipping-delay protection on eligible orders.

If an eligible order experiences an excessive shipping delay beyond the applicable delivery guarantee provided by the fulfillment service, La Tonsy may provide a refund or other appropriate resolution, subject to the applicable shipping guarantee terms.

Shipping guarantees generally apply only when:

• The shipping method selected is eligible for the guarantee.

• The product is eligible for the guarantee.

• The shipping address provided is complete and correct.

• The delay is caused by the carrier or shipping process.

A shipping guarantee does not apply to delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Refused or unclaimed packages

• Customers being unavailable to receive the package

• Customs clearance or duties

• Natural disasters

• Strikes or transportation disruptions

• Wars, epidemics, or other extraordinary circumstances

• Other events outside the control of La Tonsy or its shipping partners

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after shipment.

You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation to follow your package's progress.

Please remember that tracking updates may occasionally take several days to appear, particularly for international shipments.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the product, destination, shipping method, and current fulfillment costs.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, La Tonsy may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping offers.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country's authorities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, La Tonsy does not control or guarantee these additional charges.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authorities are generally the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also cause additional delivery delays.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned, held, or delivered incorrectly, La Tonsy may not be responsible for the resulting loss or additional shipping costs.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has entered processing or shipment.

9. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with:

• Your household members

• Neighbors

• Your building reception or mailroom

• Your local delivery carrier

If you believe your package has been lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

For damaged products, photographic evidence may be requested to help us process your claim.

10. Delayed Orders

International shipping can sometimes take longer than the estimated delivery window.

If your order appears unusually delayed, please contact La Tonsy with your:

• Order number

• Name used for the order

• Tracking number, if available

We will review the shipment and work with the relevant shipping or fulfillment partner to determine the appropriate next step.

11. Multiple Products in One Order

If your order contains multiple products, your items may occasionally be shipped separately.

This can happen when products are fulfilled from different warehouses or shipping locations.

If this occurs, you may receive more than one tracking number and/or package.

You will not be charged an additional shipping fee simply because your order is split into multiple shipments, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
